102 Lismore Street is located in the beautiful Verdmont subdivision. Verdmont is a planned community of traditional style homes located off of Neely Ferry Rd and just minutes from Fairview Road. There are sidewalks everywhere, pocket parks tucked here and there, and one large centrally located park which give the neighborhood an old-style feeling. There are unique touches such as the farmer's market, gazebo, and commissioned bronze children statues. Don't forget to check out the neighborhood playground and the swimming pool!
Verdmont is zoned for Fork Shoals Elementary, Woodmont Middle, and Woodmont High. We have only had experience with Fork Shoals and have been beyond pleased. It is a an International Baccalaureate school with a fantastic staff and outstanding PTA.
